Benefits – The benefits of booking our Brisbane Airport limo service include on-time pick up, professionally accredited drivers, government inspected and approved vehicles, clean late model vehicles, convenience and comfort.
Luggage – please let us now how many pieces of luggage you will be carrying, most vehicles have a standard size boot. For large groups with lots of luggage there may be a need for a luggage trailer.
Baby Seats – it’s law in Queensland that children below a certain age must be seated in an appropriate baby seat, please let us know the age of the children traveling and we can arrange baby seats.
We meet you at the airport arrivals area – let us know your flight number so we keep track of the flight arrival time and meet you on arrival and assist with luggage.
Extra requests – we can arrange champagne, flowers, light snacks, newspaper etc., please let us know any special requirements so we can arrange it in advance.
Travel Times – Times are dependent on traffic conditions. From Brisbane Airport to the Gold Coast is approximately 55-70 mins.

Meeting You at The Airport
The chauffeur tracks your provided flight number automatically and, for international flights, allows around 60 minutes after the flight lands and around 35 mins for domestic flights. Your driver will

- Adjust the pickup time if your flight is delayed.
- Start the complimentary waiting period from the actual landing time, not the scheduled arrival.
- Meet you inside the terminal (meet-and-greet) or at a designated pickup point.

The Journey
Whether you choose a luxury sedan, limousine, or luxury SUV, the ride is smooth going all the way. The driver has three route options depending on conditions but will generally take the M1 Motorway which connects directly to the airport and heads south through Brisbane City, bypassing major traffic, and down to the Gold Coast.
There isn’t any notable scenery, so it’s a good time to just relax or plan the steps ahead. Once on the Gold Coast, the driver will leave the motorway and head inland according to your destination. Of course, your driver will take you to your door and help with any luggage once again.
The journey will take around 55-70 minutes depending on traffic. Traffic peaks on the motorway are usually during morning and afternoon rush hours and during roadworks.
